Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and hands-on sales execution. An interest and passion for AI, while not required, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in law firms
  • Attend and represent Anytime AI at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Close deals with lawyers, and as needed, negotiate contracts to close with law firms

Lead Generation and Management

  • Identify, qualify, and manage sales leads through the sales pipeline. Utilize CRM tools to track progress and ensure timely follow-ups to schedule product demos
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our AI capabilities and benefits to prospective clients
  • Proactively engage with trial candidates to address any concerns, provide support, and guide them through the evaluation process

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored AI solutions

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets
  • Collaborate with other sales and account managers to share insights, best practices, and success stories to enhance overall sales effectiveness 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and potential areas for improvement

Reporting and Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM/ recording system
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the tech or legal tech industry
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in legal tech or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of AI, the legal industry, and law firms
  • Self-motivated, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level executives
