Position Overview
As the Head of Partnerships at Anytime AI, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing strategic partnerships to accelerate company growth. You will identify key opportunities, cultivate relationships with law firms, trial lawyer associations, universities, legal tech providers, and industry stakeholders to drive business expansion and product adoption. This is a dynamic opportunity to build high-impact collaborations in a rapidly growing Legal AI startup.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships that align with Anytime AI’s growth objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with law firms, trial lawyer associations, universities, legal tech companies, and industry influencers.
- Develop new revenue streams through strategic alliances, licensing opportunities, and collaborative initiatives.
- Build frameworks for scalable partnership programs, including referral, reseller, and integration partnerships.
- University Collaboration & Legal Education Partnerships
- Develop and manage relationships with law schools, universities, and legal research institutions.
- Work with faculty and student organizations to integrate Anytime AI into legal education through training, sponsorships, and academic collaborations.
- Design and implement student ambassador programs, internship opportunities, and AI-driven legal research projects.
- Channel & Trial Lawyer Association Relationships
- Develop and manage key partnerships with state and national trial lawyer associations to increase awareness and adoption of Anytime AI.
- Identify and establish relationships with legal education programs, advocacy groups, and professional organizations.
- Co-Marketing & Joint Initiatives
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to create co-branded campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership content with partners.
- Work closely with product and technology teams to develop integrations and joint solutions with legal software providers.
- Drive co-sponsored events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements that elevate Anytime AI’s industry presence.
- Sales Enablement & Partner Training
- Develop partner enablement materials, sales playbooks, and training programs to support partners in promoting Anytime AI’s solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and engagement.
- Metrics & Performance Tracking
- Establish KPIs to measure partnership success, track performance, and refine strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize partnership efforts and demonstrate ROI.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5-15 years in partnership development, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in AI, legal tech, or SaaS.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience structuring and closing high-value partnerships.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on partnership impact.
- Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce), partnership management tools, and contract negotiation platforms.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results in customer acquisition, lead generation, and engagement.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales and product teams.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can pivot strategies when necessary.
