Day 2: Educational Sessions, Legal Insights, and Networking for Plaintiff Lawyers
The second began with a series of educational sessions, starting with a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program on ethical and practical considerations around attorney separations and law firm breakups, presented by attorneys from LeVan Stapleton Segal Cochran LLC. This session offered valuable guidance on managing transitions within law firms, a topic thart’s increasingly relevant in today’s legal landscape.
Another standout session, led by Pete Giglione, Esq. of Massa Butler Giglione & Dirlam, focused on the admissibility of social media and text messages in court. This CLE explored the complexities of digital evidence, a rapidly evolving area of law.
After a morning of learning, attendees had the chance to unwind with resort activities like relaxing by the pool, hiking, or indulging in spa services. The retreat wrapped up with a pre-annual dinner cocktail reception, followed by the prestigious annual awards dinner, where the outstanding contributions of PAJ members, including Anytime AI, were celebrated.
