This past week marked a significant milestone for Anytime AI as our team participated in two major legal conferences: The Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA) New Trucking Lawyers Division Bootcamp, which was held March 19-22 in Tempe, Arizona, and for the first time ever, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (VTLA) Annual Convention, also held March 19-22 in Hot Springs, Virginia.
Both events offered excellent opportunities to connect with trial lawyers, introduce attendees to the power of AI-enhanced case review, and gather valuable feedback as we continue to shape the future of legal tech.
ATAA New Trucking Lawyers Division Bootcamp
The ATAA conference continues to be a staple on our calendar, and for good reason. The 2025 ATAA Bootcamp, hosted by the New Trucking Lawyers Division, delivered what it promised: practical training, tactical insights, and access to some of the sharpest rising stars in trucking litigation. This was a gathering of motivated trial lawyers looking to sharpen their edge.
Anytime AI had a strong presence throughout the event, from our booth in the exhibit hall to conversations in breakout sessions and social mixers. What stood out most this year was how many attorneys came by not just curious about AI, but ready to implement it. These were not introductory conversations, they were practical, solution-oriented discussions with lawyers who understood the stakes of large, complex trucking cases and wanted a faster way to get eyes on evidence.

Many trial teams were especially interested in how our platform can accelerate early case assessment by reviewing thousands of documents, deposition transcripts, and expert reports in a matter of minutes, without sacrificing quality or context. In trucking litigation, where FMCSA violations, logbooks, and telematics data pile up fast, that speed can be a game-changer.
We also had the chance to sit in on sessions that sparked ideas for future features, particularly around expert testimony and fact pattern comparison. It’s clear that trial lawyers are ready for AI tools that go beyond summarization, they want strategy support, argument testing, and faster insight discovery. And that’s exactly where we’re headed.
First-Time Exhibitor at VTLA
While ATAA Bootcamp felt like a reunion, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association Convention was a brand-new adventure, and an exciting one.

As a first-time exhibitor, we weren’t sure what to expect. What we found were very friendly Virginia people who are open to change and innovation. They warmly welcomed us, thanked us for our support, and made it easy to make a connection and showed our AI. Our team showed demos at our booth. We walked attorneys through real-world scenarios: using AI to instantly summarize depositions, surface inconsistencies among reports, and produce medical chronology and timeline, and generate research memos. Many were shocked (in the best way) at how precise and speedy the system felt. One keynote speaker was so impressed by our AI that she incorporated some of our slideshow into her presentation.
Key Takeaways Across Both Events
Anytime AI CEO, Dr. Lingfei (Teddy) Wu, delivered a powerful and engaging speech at the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA) New Trucking Lawyers Division Bootcamp. He shared how AI can streamline legal workflows and directly tackle the challenges attorneys face in trucking litigation, leaving a strong impression on attendees.

The talk helped position Anytime AI at the forefront of conversations among new trucking lawyers. After the talk, we saw a steady stream of attendees visit our booth, eager to learn more about how Anytime AI could support their practice.

Despite the different formats and audiences, some clear themes emerged across both conferences:
- The Legal Community Are More Ready for AI
From Arizona to Virginia, AI was an exceptionally hot topic, with many CLEs focused on AI and the future of legal tech. Many attorneys were interested in what we have to offer. A growing number of attorneys now view AI integration as a necessity rather than a luxury. Conversations throughout both conferences reflected a shift in mindset, firms are realizing that leveraging AI is critical to staying efficient, competitive, and future-ready. - Speed is Essential, But So is Trust
Lawyers are more open than ever to AI, but only if the output is reliable. At both ATAA and VTLA, attendees wanted to know not just what our system could do, but how it did it. We were proud to walk them through our approach to transparency, legal context awareness, and verification tools. - Real-Life Use Cases Make the Difference
Abstract talk about AI doesn’t move the needle anymore. What resonated most were hands-on demos and real case examples, especially when we showed how Anytime AI can shave hours off tedious review tasks without missing critical details. - Training and Support Matter
Attorneys aren’t looking for a “plug-and-play” tool they have to figure out alone. They want onboarding, responsive support, and resources tailored to how they practice. Our team had great conversations about expanding our training resources, especially for new users.
Looking Ahead
We connected with dozens of new firms, deepened our relationships with longtime users, and gathered feedback that will directly shape our roadmap in 2025. But more than anything, we came away inspired by how many lawyers are ready to embrace AI as a teammate, not just a tool.
We’re grateful to both the ATAA and VTLA for hosting such vibrant, meaningful events, and we can’t wait to return next year.
